New construction of 107 rental units of senior housing for low-income persons, commercial and office spaces, and a parking garage with 10 spaces. The project is the senior component of a larger residential development; Kodama Diseno was the Associate Architect for senior housing and KMD was the Architect of Record and Architect for family housing. The two projects will form a new, intergenerational community in San Francisco.
