Description:
This multi-use residential facility for seniors consists of a 31 unit residence for persons with Alzheimer’s/Dementia, a 47 unit living residence for the frail elderly, a small program for adult day care, and recreational and dining facilities. Total square footage is approximately 52,000 square feet on three levels. Each facility has a separate entrance, with the day care and assisted living having adjacent entrances on the middle level, and the Alzheimer’s /Dementia residence having its entrance on the lower level. The lower level houses a commercial kitchen, laundry, storage, mechanical space, and a receiving area which services all facilities. In addition to the apartments and service spaces, there are lounge facilities, dining rooms, staff, and other service areas and amenities. Landscaped courtyards, parking for approximately 50 cars and other attendant site improvements are provided.
