Description:

This major resort project was designed to include an inn and commercial center, restaurant, health spa, and tennis complex.  The 12,000 sq. ft. restaurant project involved the historic rehab of an existing stone cellar as well as a new addition.  We transformed the 2,000 sq. ft. standing structure into a private dining room and members’ lounge and created an entirely new space for the restaurant and banquet room. Winner of the Special Award for Energy Innovation from the U.S. Dept. of Energy.  Space heating and domestic hot water heating were provided by means of geo-thermal fluids from on-site wells, while cooling was accomplished by direct/indirect evaporative coolers.
