Steven Kodama’s architectural and planning experience through the years has earned him the reputation of helping communities thrive socially and economically. With the emphasis on design innovation for affordable and special needs housing, Mr. Kodama strives to leave a lasting impression with respect to the livability and character of each community with which he has been involved.
In 1994, Mr. Kodama was recognized for his work by his peers and elevated to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects.
