Rivertown Apartments

Description:
A 100 unit residential development for famliies organized into clusters which create 3 distinct "neighborhoods" of 2 and 3 story buildings each surrounding a shared courtyard. By organizing the buildings in this manner, a comfortable "pedestrian village" character is achieved which maximizes foot traffic and personal interaction with neighbors. A large village green is situated adjacent to a community building, providing a central gathering space for the entire community. Courtyard amenities include play structures, barbecues, seating ares, and a basketball court. Units are organized as 2-story townhouses over ground floor flats so that each unit has an entry directly to the outside.
