Description:
Renovation and redevelopment of an existing 389 unit affordable housing in 20 low-rise structures. The work included interior improvements throughout, including the replacement of cabinets, appliances and plumbing fixtures, interior painting, handrail modifications, window replacement to meet code, electrical upgrades for code and flooring replacement. Exterior rehabilitation included drainage, new landscaping, new exterior paint scheme, walkways, lighting, trash enclosures and parking area upgrade.
